Many of the products I saw and tasted at the Fancy Food Show were made in food labs and designed for the sole purpose of money-making and consumer satisfaction, many of these delicious products are happy accidents, made just because people enjoy creating food.
From cured meats to weird grapes, these projects are sure to yield some tasty, unique products. That’s all thanks to the money they raised through the nonprofit website Kickstarter.
