It’s been a busy couple of weeks in the East End kitchens, as many restaurants are ushering in new chefs.
Ruschmeyer’s in Montauk is in full swing during its third season.
The new chef at the Riverhead Project has worked at Bouchon Bakery in Manhattan and South Edison in Montauk; most recently he assisted chef Zak Pelaccio at his new restaurant Fish & Game in Hudson, New York.
The winemaker shuffle continues on the East End. Anthony Nappa has been hired to take over the fermentation tanks at Raphael.
