This Saturday, July 27, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., Amber Waves Farm in Amagansett will host a Flower and Vegetable Festival you won’t want to miss.
The centerpiece of the festival will begin at 4:30 p.m. with a ballet performance, itself dubbed “The Flowers’ Festival,” written by Elsa Beskow. Dancers Maile Okamura and Courtney Lopes will perform, with visual design by Maeve Fitzhoward. Colin Jacobsen of The Knights will be the event’s special musical guest, who will be on hand to perform his own original scores.

On top of this special performance, guests will enjoy beautifully curated flower and vegetable crafts, pizza from the farm’s wood-fired oven, flower aperitifs, and beer and wine—all while learning about the beauty and wisdom of nature through classical music and dance.
Tickets are $35 per person at the door, and just $25 per person if purchased online in advance. All proceeds benefit the extensive educational programming at the farm.
