
The company, who delivered meals and grocery shopped for clients, recently expanded to Quogue and will be offering meals throughout the holiday season. In addition to focusing on local food, all of their meals are oven-to-table, meaning items are delivered in ceramic platters in order to keep things sustainable.
Beginning with Cavaniola’s Gourmet Cheese Shop‘s cheese and charcuterie, the menu features a Brussel sprout Ceasar salad, cranberry chutney and a sausage stuffing with Carissa’s bread. A mainstay of the East End, Pierre’s restaurant will be opening its doors this Thanksgiving in Bridgehampton. Serving from 11 a.m. through 9 p.m., the menu features Peconic bay oysters on the half shell, sautéed shrimp with garlic confit on a tartine of tapenade, Chilean sea bass, a traditional thanksgiving turkey and beef filet Angus au poivre. Entrees are priced between $20 – $46. The thanksgiving turkey is offered with stuffing and sweet potatoes.
