On March 13 the stage at the Parrish Art Museum was the setting for a lively conversation about rum. Moderated by Brian Halweil, editor in chief of Edible East End, Distill Life featured a cocktail meister, Richard Scoffier, who runs the bar programs at the Nick & Toni’s restaurants, Jason Lann from Sag Harbor Rum and Leslie Merinoff of Owney’s NYC Rum.
