The interesting thing about December on the North Fork is the way things are winding down. Including this weekend there are but three weekends before Christmas. There are far fewer winery and restaurant events, but some of them are tremendous!
Some other events to consider include First & South’s Prohibition Party on Friday. Food and drink specials as well as dancing; be sure to dress the part. On Saturday, Lieb Cellars at the Tasting Group will have a tasting and lecture by T’Jara winemaker, Russell Hearn. Also on Saturday is Sparkling Point’s Eat Drink and Be Sparkling event with “Sunday Brunch” by Jedediah Hawkins. Sunday has A Mano pairing McCall wines with a special 5-course tasting menu. Martha Clara has pet photos with Santa to benefit Kent Animal Shelter. Chef Noah concludes his Winemaker Sunday series with a tasting dinner paired with Wölffer wines by winemaker Roman Roth. Lastly on Sunday, Sparkling Pointe is hosting a magical operatic holiday concert with Belle Voce.
