WATCH: Rich Olsen-Harbich Talks Syrah & Viognier

Richard Olsen-Harbich, winemaker at Bedell Cellars, wrote his first column for Edible for our Low Summer issue this year. Rich has been working in wine on the East End for a long time, starting as winemaker for the Bridgehampton Winery, which is no longer. In this video he discusses how his 2012 syrah was cofermented with white viognier grapes.
