It’s that time of year again. Lamb cuts are available now at 8 Hands Farm in Cutchogue. Stop by the farm store at 4735 Cox Lane and pick up any one of the USDA grassfed cuts available: from kabobs to shanks, ribs to sausages.
Also available in-store are garlic scapes straight from the 8 Hands Farm garden. Visitors will also find other locally sourced products available. The 8 Hands Farm store carries Koppert Cress micro-greens, Kalypso yogurt, and Catapano goat cheese, among many others.
