Climate Change: Changing Course Starts January 9 at Canio’s Book Store

Canio’s Cultural Cafe will offer a community-based discussion on the environment: Climate Change: Changing Course. This four-week discussion course offers an opportunity to share thoughts and feelings, raise questions and concerns about climate change. Readings include essays by Andrew Revkin, Elizabeth Kolbert, Michael Pollan and Bill McKibben among others. The course is designed by The Northwest Earth Institute and is the third in a series offered by the café.
Course meetings will take place Thursday evenings at Canio’s bookstore in Sag Harbor from , 4:30 to 6 p.m., January 9 through 30. A materials fee of $25 is requested. To register please contact Canio’s Books at 631.725.4926 or e-mail caniosbooks@verizon.net.
