Ring in the New Year with Slow Food! The East End’s convivium is holding a communal post-holiday Slow Food potluck feast to welcome 2014. Judiann Carmack-Fayyaz, Slow Food East End’s chair, is hosting a Snail Dinner in her home, the first snail potluck to be held on the South Fork.
Snail Dinners are a great way to meet other Slow Food members and have a wonderful evening of great food and camaraderie. Just bring a dish to share and try to keep it as local as possible. Please bring your favorite beverage, too. Space is limited to 35 guests; reservations are first come, first served. Please reserve promptly.
When: Sunday, January 5, 2014 from 4 to 7 p.m.
Where: Judiann’s House, 39 Peconic Hills Drive, Southampton
Our Host: Judiann Carmack-Fayyaz
RSVP: JCFayyaz@gmail.com
Cost: $15 per person for members of Slow Food East End. $20 per person for non-members, or join and we’ll cut you a deal at the $15 rate!
