Last week our photographer Lindsay Morris met the suppliers for Dock to Dish at the Montauk Fish Dock, where the CSA modeled business lands and packages–and is building a new facility–its same-day-sourced seafood for a burgeoning list of customers. Dock to Dish started last summer with a community supported fishery, for which customers paid ahead of time for a subscription that provided them a fresh box of sustainable, local seafood each week. In early October, Dock to Dish started the first restaurant supported fishery servicing restaurants in East Hampton, Manhattan and Pocantico Hills.
