The Dough Rolls into Red Bell Public at Early Girl Farm on Saturday

One of our favorite farms, Early Girl, has been teaming up with one of our favorite artisanal food purveyors, Red Bell, in East Moriches to showcase whatever is fresh at Patty’s, the aforementioned Early Girl, and whatever is new and delicious with Tracy, the maitre of cured meats and cheeses. This Sunday, they have a guest, Matt Michel of Rolling in Dough pizza will park his mobile pizza oven, built into a restored 1943 International Harvester truck, to make made-to-order wood-fired thin crust pizzas with organic toppings from the farm.

Individual pizzas are $10 each, some toppings are an additional $1. The fun starts at 6 p.m., picnic or takeout. Desserts and beverages will be for sale.
