September 22, at 5:30 p.m., Noah’s will feature Peconic Bay Wines with a five-course menu. The cost is $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The dinner will be held in the private dining room and a la carte dinner service will also be available in the main dining room. Seating is limited and reservations are strongly recommended.
