A Food Riot Dinner, benefiting Slow Food East End, is the featured event at the Hamptons Preventive Health & Sustainable Technology Expo to be held at Dodds & Eder in Sag Harbor on Saturday and Sunday, July 27 and 28. The expo is sponsored by Turtle Shell Health.
The Food Riot, a casual dinner party, will be catered by Todd Jacobs, chef/owner of Fresh Hamptons restaurant in Bridgehampton.
A cocktail party, also featuring hors d’oeuvres prepared by Jacobs, will include local wines and specialty cocktails. The cocktail hour is from 5:30 to 7 pm at Dodds & Eder, 11 Bridge Street, Sag Harbor. Tickets for the cocktail party are $75 and may be purchased separately from the dinner. Cocktail party tickets include access to both days of the fair.
The three-course family-style dinner begins at 7 pm. (Menu includes Pan Seared White Sea Bass, Pan Roasted Raleigh Farms Organic Chicken and boneless Mecox Pork Sliced.)
Tickets for the dinner are $150 per person and also include admission to the Cocktail Party and access to both days of the expo.
