Sustainable Local Seafood Orgy; Two Days of Classes in Jamesport

Local chef and cookbook author Peter Berley will be teaching a two-day course on cooking local seafood on Saturday, April 27 from 2 to 8 p.m. and Sunday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The classes are limited to eight students and cost $160 for one day; $285 for the weekend. Bring a friend and get a $30 discount.

Learn simple and classic techniques for shell- and finfish including making fish stock, roasting, baking and pan searing. Students will work with scallops, oysters, clams, lobster and fish from Montauk and Shinnecock Bay. View the menus below.
