Above are the barely formed grapes that will make up the 2012 grüner veltliner harvest at One Woman vineyard in Southold. For now the 2010 is on sale in the tasting room for $22 and the just-bottled 2011 will be released before the end of the summer. Get ’em while it’s hot. (Which the vines love.)
