Like many local food and drink businesses, Edible East End is a proud member of the Parrish Art Museum’s business council. And one of the perks of membership are the fun, seasonal, food-and-drink-filled networking events, like An Evening at Bedell Cellars next Wednesday, June 20. Two Corks and a Fork was the wine-focused spring event, and this past winter saw the first ever beer-focused coming-together at the Parrish. The evening at Bedell, on the expansive tasting room patio overlooking the Cutchogue vineyard, will feature Bedell wines (whose winemaker penned a drink local manifesto in our spring issue), Rolling in Dough pizza (see them at our Food Truck event), a raw bar from Seasons of Southampton, tasties from Tate’s Bake Shop (owner Kathleen King will be signing her latest book on baking with kids) and Publick House beers. We hope to see you there. (The event is $40 for council members and $50 for non-members. Become a member and learn more here.)
