The Backyard Restaurant at Solé East will host chef Marcus Samuelsson, who Edible Manhattan profiled, on Saturday, June 30 when the chef will prepared a four-course dinner to celebrate the publication of his memoir, Yes, Chef.
The dinner will be paired with local wines from Bedell Cellars, Channing Daughters and Clovis Point.
Two seatings will be available one at 6:30 p.m. and one at 9 p.m. Cost to attend the dinner is $125 per person plus tax and gratuity. A signed copy of the book Yes, Chef will be included with the dinner. Reservations are required and payment must be made in advance.
