Conscious Cuisine Dinner at Rowdy Hall

Stefanie Sacks, whose new LTV show, Chew on This, will be featured in the next issue of EEE, is hosting a dinner at Rowdy Hall in East Hampton on Wednesday, June 6 at  6 p.m.

The dinner begins with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails followed by a healthy and nutritional three-course dinner prepared by executive chef Joe Realmuto and chef de cuisine Ed Lightcap. Accompanying wines come from  Wölffer Estate and Channing Daughters. Stefanie, who works as a culinary nutritionist, will lead a round table discussion on making conscious food choices, whether dining in or out, for you and your family.  The cost of the dinner is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity.  Reservations are recommended: call Rowdy Hall, 10 Main St. in the Parrish Mews, East Hampton, NY (631) 324-8555.
