Looks like a happening brunch spot will be available for Hamptons residents and visitors. Beaumarchais East Hampton will open this weekend for dinner this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as weekend brunch starting May 18 through July 4. From July 4 to Labor Day the restaurant will be open for dinner Thursday through Monday with brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
For those addicted to the maple and sage sausage made at Redding’s Market on Shelter Island, a ferry trip will not be necessary; the restaurant will use it for their eggs Benedict dish.
