Lamb Roast at Paumanok

Paumanok Vineyards is having a lamb roast on Sunday, July 3, at 7 p.m.

This will be the first annual roast presided over by Philippe Massoud, executive chef and proprietor of ilili restaurant of New York City (and Charles Massoud’s nephew).

Philippe and chef de cuisine Erik Osol and their team will prepare a buffet style dinner including roast lamb, zaatar salad and an assortment of mezza style seasonal, local vegetables accompanied by Paumanok wines.
