New Wood-Burning Pizza Oven Up and Running at Jamesport Vineyards

Chef Paolo Fontana was at Jamesport Vineyards‘ monthly Wine, Beer and Oyster Fest on Sunday making flatbread pizzas in an oven that was completed three weeks ago. Also there was a beer truck from Blue Point Brewery and a live band. Fontana is the chef at the Simons Center at Stony Brook University, which was profiled in our Fall 2011 issue.
