The first annual Oyster Festival of Kiwanis of Greater Westhampton will be held on Oct. 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Marina on Library Ave. in Westhampton Beach. The festival will feature educational programs, a touch tank, pirate shows, rides, a chowder contest, boat displays and of course there will be food and fun for all ages. In the village the same weekend will be a fair with arts and crafts, the farmers market and a side walk sale. Proceeds will benefit charities the club supports. The rain date is Oct. 7
