New Tasting Room to Open in Baiting Hollow; Will Feature Large Selection Local Wine, Beer and Food

On the same site as the Lobster Roll Northside, a new tasting room, The North Fork Tasting Room, will open mid-July. Plans are to use the existing kitchens to produce items for the retail marketplace including packaged lobster and seafood salads, baked breads, cookies, artisanal cheese boards, and a line of proprietary packaged seasonings, sauces, coffees, oils and local wine vinegars. Food choices will also include rhubarb sauce, scallion and herbed butters, collard cakes, sweet potato pie, turnip chips, sassafras smoked fish and huckleberry pie.
