Edible on the Road: Mattebella Vineyards

The fourth episode of Edible on the Road is here and its host, Chef Plum, is taking us straight to Mattebella Vineyards.

As we told you earlier last summer, Edible is on the Road and Chef Plum is in the driver’s seat. This video—episode four of Edible on the Road—offers a look at his journey. In it, he stops by Mattebella Vineyards in Southold, where he chats with the manager of the vineyard’s tasting room, John Russell, and Edible contributor Eileen M. Duffy, author of the book Behind the Bottle: The Rise of Wine on Long Island.

Did you miss Edible on the Road: Episodes 1, 2, or 3? You can catch Chef Plum at Montauk Brewing Company, G&G Winter Farmers Market, and Balsam Farms herehere, and here, respectively.
