Meet Paul Greenberg, Author of American Catch, in Sag Harbor on July 25

Paul Greenberg has been a good friend to Edible for a while. He has written for us about mackerel and snappers, has provided many a quote when we write about the state of the fisheries and it turns out is good friends with someone I went to college with and his wife. Like they go to Nantucket together every summer. Small world.

Paul Greenberg at Canios 2014

Paul Greenberg has been a good friend to Edible for a while. He has written for us about mackerel and snappers, has provided many a quote when we write about the state of the fisheries and it turns out is good friends with someone I went to college with and his wife. Like they go to Martha’s Vineyard together every summer. Small world.

Anyway, Paul will be at Canio’s next weekend to do a reading from his new book American Catch, which every foodie has been eating up and loving. He previewed the book in the New York Times, and our own burgeoning book reviewer, Sean Barrett, has it on his bedside table. Sean, as the founder of Dock to Dish, has worked closely with Paul when setting up his business and consults with him frequently on questions of sustainable fishing and regulations. Should be interesting and informative. See you there.

Canio’s Bookstore on July 25 starting at 5 p.m. for the general public.
