James Beard Foundation’s Chefs & Champagne Saturday Night at Wölffer

The East End will be well represented at this weekend’s Chefs & Champagne event to benefit the James Beard Foundation. Chefs Gretchen Menser of of Fresno in East Hampton and Gerry Hayden and JBF award winner/pastry chef Claudia Fleming of North Fork Table & Inn in Southold will be showing their creations under the tent at Wölffer.

Chefs Gretchen Menser of of Fresno in East Hampton and Gerry Hayden and JBF award winner/pastry chef Claudia Fleming of North Fork Table & Inn in Southold will be showing their creations under the tent at Wölffer. Gretchen is making market fish ceviche and Gerry and Claudia will bring zucchini rolls with summer vegetables, tomato emulsion and goat cheese “egg” and Godiva white chocolate lemon thyme panna cotta with raspberries.
