It was crowded under the tent at Sayre’s Park in Bridgehampton for Dan’s Taste of the Two Forks. Crowded with local chefs and winemakers and, of course, many guests out to support a good cause. But we cannot forget all who made it happen. There were more than a few cooks sweating it through the last hours of the setting sun to get scallops, oysters, BBQ on to the plates, as well as tasting room staff, owners and winemakers pouring wine. And don’t forget the platoon of parking attendants who spent the evening waving us in and waving us out.
